Booking a transfer

 

How do I book a transfer on the website?

You can book directly on our website by typing one Keyword of the hotel name on search bar main page, make sure to type just one keyword, Make sure you are on or transfers.

 

Which currency do you take? Pesos, CAN USD?

Payment Information To confirm your reservation, all transfers must be paid in full online. We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. Please note that our drivers no longer accept cash payments for the remaining balance.

 

Can I pay online with Credit card?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

 

Can I ask the driver to stop on a store on the way?

We can provide a 15-minute complimentary stop at any store. After that, each hour costs $30.00 dlls. per hour. Usually on Walmart, Costco or any other big stores stops, we charge $30.00 dlls.

 

I do not see my Condo/Private home on search bar

You can book it by just typing the Keyword CONDO and choose the correct location from menu (Akumal/ Condo-House, Cancun/Condo-House, Playa del Carmen/ Condo-House, Tulum /Condo-House... ), then make sure to write the address and name of condo or house on the website fillout form.
